The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) and the host Santa Barbara Dons (Santa Barbara, CA), saw Peninsula's lacrosse team top Santa Barbara by a margin of 11-2.
The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Murrieta Mesa beat Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA), 17-10, in a non-league challenge.
The Dons (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against El Dorado (Placentia, CA). The Golden Hawks enter the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, El Dorado was overwhelmed by Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA), 15-2, in a non-league challenge.
