North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Wake Forest drops to Topsail

March 4, 2023: Wake Forest, NC 27587

Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Wake Forest Cougars (Wake Forest, NC), 11-7 in a non-league battle.

The Pirates now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Brunswick for a Mideastern battle on Tuesday, March 14.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 6. Wake Forest will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 16-11 league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC).
