Trinity Catholic Celtics (Ocala, FL) followers exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Chiles Timberwolves (Tallahassee, FL), 10-9 in a non-league battle.
The Celtics now have a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Newberry for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 7. Trinity Catholic will meet a Panthers team coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Gainesville (Gainesville, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
The Timberwolves (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Maclay (Tallahassee, FL). The Marauders enter the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Maclay was tipped by Lakeside (Evans, GA), 15-5, in a non-league challenge.
