In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Fort Mill Yellow Jackets lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Spartanburg Vikings.
The Yellow Jackets now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Spring Valley for a 5A District 4 test on Monday, March 6. Fort Mill will face a Vikings squad coming off a 17-0 league loss to Clover (Clover, SC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-4.
In their next game, the Vikings face the Dorman Cavaliers (Roebuck, SC) in a 5A District 2 test, on Saturday, March 11. Spartanburg will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
