The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Lawrence County Red Devils (Moulton, AL) and the host Alabama Christian Academy Eagles (Montgomery, AL), saw Lawrence County's softball squad nip Alabama Christian Academy by a count of 4-3.

The Red Devils now sport a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southside for a non-league match on Saturday, March 4. Lawrence County will face a Panthers squad coming off a 20-3 non-league loss to Spain Park (Hoover, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Alabama Christian Academy falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Central (Phenix City, AL) to face the Red Devils in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 7. The Red Devils enter the match with a record of 7-3. Central won 14-2 in their recent non-league match against Sardis (Boaz, AL)
