Texas High School Softball - Aledo bounces Pleasant Grove

The Aledo Bearcats routed the host Pleasant Grove Hawks softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Bearcats (13-4) will now prepare for their battle against Marshall (Marshall, TX). The Mavericks go into the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Marshall Central Heights (Nacogdoches, TX), 2-2, in a non-league battle.

The Hawks now sport a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to White Oak for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 7. Pleasant Grove will meet a Roughnecks squad coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Bremond (Bremond, TX). The Roughnecks record now stands at 15-3.
