The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Canyon del Oro Dorados (Tucson, AZ) and the host Walden Grove Red Wolves (Sahuarita, AZ), saw Canyon del Oro's softball squad nip Walden Grove by a count of 10-4.

The Dorados now sport a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ironwood Ridge for a non-league match on Monday, March 6. Canyon del Oro will face a Nighthawks squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Nighthawks record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Walden Grove falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Red wolves host Vista Grande (Casa Grande, AZ) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Monday, March 6. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 0-4. Vista Grande lost 10-2 in their recent non-league match against American Leadership Academy (Queen Creek, AZ)
