The Clemens Buffaloes softball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting Wagner Thunderbirds to 0 in the Buffaloes non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Clemens moves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Buffaloes travel to San Marcos (San Marcos, TX) to clash with the Rattlers in a 6A Region IV District 27 game on Tuesday, March 7. The Rattlers come into the game with a record of 3-9. San Marcos lost 6-3 in their recent non-league game against Carroll (Corpus Christi, TX)

In their next game, the Thunderbirds clash with the Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 26 game, on Tuesday, March 7. Wagner will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Chargers come into the game with a 3-6 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to McCollum (San Antonio, TX).
