In Saturday's non-league contest, the Dos Pueblos Chargers (Goleta, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), by a margin of 9-0.
With the triumph, Dos Pueblos improves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Chargers travel to Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league test on Saturday, March 4. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 2-3. Thousand Oaks lost 4-2 in their recent league test against Westlake (Westlake Village, CA)
The Toreadors (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Glendale (Glendale, CA). The Nitros come into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Glendale overcame Muir (Pasadena, CA), 18-16, in a league test.
