The George Ranch Longhorns softball team (Richmond, TX), was routed 8-0 in Saturday's non-league test with the visiting Huntsville Hornets (Huntsville, TX)

Coming up next, the Hornets clash with the Sweeny Bulldogs (Sweeny, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 4. Huntsville will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Foster (Richmond, TX).

The Longhorns (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX). The Broncos come into the 6A Region III District 20 test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Fort Bend Bush was routed by Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX), 2-1, in a league test.
