The Sandia Matadors softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Goddard Rockets to 2 in the Matadors non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Sandia moves its record to 1-4 on the year. The Matadors host Valley (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league game on Thursday, March 9. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 2-6. Valley lost 15-0 in their recent non-league game against Belen (Belen, NM)
