Florida High School Softball - Liberty County gets by Milton

March 4, 2023: Milton, FL 32570

The Liberty County Bulldogs (Bristol, FL) softball nipped the host Milton Panthers (Milton, FL), 8-7 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Port St. Joe (Port St. Joe, FL). The Tiger Sharks go into the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Port St. Joe was edged by Wewahitchka (Wewahitchka, FL), 5-3, in a league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Pace for a 6A District 1 bout on Thursday, March 9. Milton will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Tate (Cantonment, FL). The Patriots record now stands at 9-0.
