North Carolina High School Baseball - Lexington loses to Northeast Guilford

In Monday's non-league game, the host Northeast Guilford Rams baseball team scored a nice 16-1 victory over the Lexington Yellowjackets.
The Rams (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Wildcats go into the Mid-State 3A game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Eastern Guilford was overwhelmed by Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC), 4-3, in a non-league game.
The Yellowjackets (0-1) will now prepare for their game against West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Dragons go into the Central Carolina 1A/2A game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, West Davidson overcame Wheatmore (Trinity, NC), 5-1, in a non-league game.
