The Knoxville Catholic Fighting Irish lacrosse team scored 21 points and limited the visiting Walker Valley Mustangs to 1 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Monday.

The Fighting Irish (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Maryville (Maryville, TN). The Red Rebels enter the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Maryville toppled Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN), 14-2, in a non-league game.

The Mustangs (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Soddy Daisy (Soddy Daisy, TN). The Trojans enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record.
