The Dixon Bulldogs soccer team scored 8 points and limited the visiting Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Monday.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 5. Dixon will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Stallions enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to New Bern (New Bern, NC).
The Patriots now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Richlands for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 7. Wilmington Christian Academy will face a Wildcats team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
