In Monday's non-league test, the host Marvin Ridge Mavericks lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Nation Ford Falcons .
The Mavericks now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Charlotte Country Day School for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 5. Marvin Ridge will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Falcons face the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 6. Nation Ford will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
