Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Mohave Thunderbirds (Bullhead City, AZ), 10-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Sabercats now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Deer Valley for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 6. Saguaro will face a Skyhawks squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Prescott (Prescott, AZ). The Skyhawks record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Mohave falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Yuma (Yuma, AZ) to face the Criminals in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 7. The Criminals enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Yuma lost 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Cibola (Yuma, AZ)
