The Killian Cougars baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Archbishop Carroll Bulldogs to 0 in the Cougars non-league win on Tuesday.

The Cougars now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mater Academy Charter for a non-league test on Friday, March 7. Killian will clash with a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Brendan (Miami, FL). The Lions record now stands at 5-6.

With the defeat, Archbishop Carroll drops to 3-5 on the year. The Bulldogs host Mater Bay Academy (Cutler Bay, FL) to clash with the Rays in a test on Thursday, March 6. The Rays go into the test with a record of 1-7. Mater Bay Academy won 6-5 in their recent non-league test against Hialeah-Miami Lakes (Hialeah, FL)
