The Eagle Pass Eagles baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Churchill Chargers to 5 in the Eagles non-league win on Tuesday.

The Eagles now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Canyon for a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. Eagle Pass will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 19-1 non-league loss to Hays (Buda, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Churchill drops to 3-4 on the year. The Chargers host Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX) to clash with the Rangers in a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. The Rangers go into the test with a record of 4-1. Smithson Valley won 8-0 in their recent league test against Boerne-Champion (Boerne, TX)
