The Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA) baseball trounced the visiting Santa Ana Saints (Santa Ana, CA), 18-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Monsoons now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Norwalk for a Mid Cities challenge on Friday, March 7. Mayfair will clash with a Lancers team coming off a 11-10 non-league win over South Gate (South Gate, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, Santa Ana drops to 1-3 on the year. The Saints host Santiago (Garden Grove, CA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 6. The Cavaliers go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Santiago lost 10-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Cabrillo (Long Beach, CA)
