The Northwestern Regional Highlanders walloped the host CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy] Eagles basketball team by a tally of 59-29 in Tuesday's non-league game.

The Highlanders now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Stonington for a non-league game on Thursday, March 6. Northwestern Regional will confront a Bears team coming off a 57-35 non-league win over Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT). The Bears record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy] moves to 14-5 on the season.
