The Royals now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Jefferson County for a 1A D-I Region 2 bout on Thursday, March 6. Bleckley County will play a Warriors squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Northeast (Macon, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Fitzgerald moves to 3-4 on the year. The Purple hurricane travel to Thomasville (Thomasville, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a 1A D-I Region 1 bout on Friday, March 7. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Thomasville won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Deerfield-Windsor (Albany, GA)
