In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) soccer team routed the visiting Duluth Wildcats (Duluth, GA), by a count of 7-0.
Next, the Longhorns battle the Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 7. Lanier will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 3-4 record after their 7-1 league win over Eastside (Covington, GA).
The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Brookwood (Snellville, GA). The Broncos enter the 6A Region 7 contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Brookwood held off Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA), 10-0, in a non-league contest.
