The Corinth Holders Pirates baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Rolesville Rams to 7 in the Pirates non-league win on Tuesday.
The Pirates now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Topsail for a non-league test on Friday, March 7. Corinth Holders will play a Pirates team coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Whiteville (Whiteville, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Rolesville drops to 1-1 on the year. The Rams host Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC) to play the Jaguars in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 5. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 2-1. Athens Drive won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Panther Creek (Cary, NC)
