Georgia High School Lacrosse - Benedictine overwhelms May River

March 4, 2025: Savannah, GA 31406

Fans at Tuesday's non-league test between the Benedictine Cadets (Savannah, GA) and the visiting May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC), witnessed Benedictine's lacrosse squad overcome May River by a count of 16-9.

The Cadets (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Whitewater nipped Union Grove (McDonough, GA), 13-3, in a league test.

Next, the Sharks battle the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) in a 4A-1A Lower test, on Thursday, March 6. May River will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles enter the test with a 2-2 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to James Island (Charleston, SC).
