The Boys Latin Lakers (Baltimore, MD) lacrosse nudged the host St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC), 8-7 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Lakers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Gonzaga for a non-league outing on Friday, March 7.
With the loss, St. John's falls to 0-1 on the year. The Cadets travel to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA) to face the Knights in a Washington Catholic outing on Friday, April 4. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 2-0.
