The Montverde Academy Eagles edged the visiting The First Academy Royals lacrosse team by a tally of 8-7 in Tuesday's league match.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Windermere Prep Lakers (Windermere, FL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, March 6. Montverde Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Lakers enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 12-10 non-league win over Lake Buena Vista (Orlando, FL).
The Royals (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Trinity Prep (Winter Park, FL). The Saints enter the 1A D5 match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Trinity Prep was tipped by Bishop Moore (Orlando, FL), 17-1, in a league match.
