In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Cook Hornets soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Worth County Rams.

The Hornets (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Pierce County (Blackshear, GA). The Bears go into the 2A Area 1 outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Pierce County got by Toombs County (Lyons, GA), 4-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Rams play the Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles (Albany, GA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 6. Worth County will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Central Georgia Arts (Macon, GA).
