Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Riverdale Raiders (Riverdale, GA) and the host Mt. Zion Bulldogs (Jonesboro, GA), saw Riverdale's soccer squad hold off Mt. Zion by a count of 2-1.

The Raiders (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against North Clayton (College Park, GA). The Eagles enter the battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, North Clayton was edged by Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA), 4-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Douglass Astros (Atlanta, GA) in a battle, on Thursday, March 6. Mt. Zion will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Astros enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 9-0 league loss to Luella (Luella, GA).
