Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA) and the visiting Ridgeland Panthers (Rossville, GA), saw Northwest Whitfield's soccer squad triumph over Ridgeland by a count of 10-0.
The Bruins (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Adairsville (Adairsville, GA). The Tigers enter the 3A Area 7 battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Adairsville Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Panthers battle the LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA) in a 3A Area 7 battle, on Friday, March 7. Ridgeland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Ramblers enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Trion (Trion, GA).
