In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Vista Murrieta Broncos softball team scored a tight 7-4 win over the King Wolves.
The Broncos (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA). The Golden Bears come into the Southwestern match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Temecula Valley was routed by Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA), 10-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 5. King will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 7-3 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Ayala (Chino Hills, CA).
