Texas High School Softball - Menard knocked off by San Saba

The San Saba Armadillos overwhelmed the visiting Menard Yellowjackets softball squad by a count of 22-11 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Armadillos meet the Strawn Greyhounds (Strawn, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 7. San Saba will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.

The Yellowjackets (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cross Plains (Cross Plains, TX). The Buffaloes go into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Cross Plains was routed by De Leon (De Leon, TX), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
