The Pepperell Dragons the host Cedartown Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 5-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Dragons now possess a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chattooga for a AA Region 7 bout on Monday, March 7. Pepperell will face a Indians team coming off a 14-7 non-league loss to Armuchee (Rome, GA). The Indians record now stands at 0-8.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Ridgeland Panthers (Rossville, GA) in a AAAA Region 7 bout, on Tuesday, March 8. Cedartown will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 4-3 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Murray County (Chatsworth, GA).
