The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos (Missouri City, TX) and the host Sterling Raiders (Houston, TX), witnessed Fort Bend Marshall's baseball team achieve victory over Sterling by a tally of 16-6.

The Buffalos (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Fulshear (Fulshear, TX). The Chargers go into the 5A Region III District 24 match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Fulshear was overwhelmed by Bellville (Bellville, TX), 16-3, in a non-league match.

The Raiders (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Northside (Houston, TX). The Panthers go into the 5A Region III District 23 match with a 1-0 record.
