In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Houston County Bears baseball team scored a tight 12-7 victory over the Madison Central Jaguars.
The Bears (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Jesuit (Tampa, FL). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Jesuit tipped Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL), 12-6, in a non-league game.
The Jaguars (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Warren Central (Vicksburg, MS). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record.
