In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Dumas Bobcats basketball team scored a good 61-51 triumph over the Walnut Ridge Bobcats.
In their next game, the Bobcats meet the McGehee Owls (McGehee, AR) in a non-league match, on Monday, March 7. Dumas will attempt to better on its 24-2 season record. The Owls enter the match with a 10-4 record after their 74-39 non-league win over Rivercrest (Wilson, AR).
With the defeat, Walnut Ridge moves to 16-7 on the year.
