In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Mission Viejo Diablos volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Fountain Valley Barons.
The Diablos (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Portola (Irvine, CA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 13-3 record. In their last battle, Portola achieved victory over Woodbridge (Irvine, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Barons clash with the Edison Chargers (Huntington Beach, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 5. Fountain Valley will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 0-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Aliso Niguel (Aliso Viejo, CA).
