The Rancho Rams held off the host Silverado Skyhawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rams now have a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, March 5. Rancho will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-1.
The Skyhawks (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Cimarron-Memorial was nudged by Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV), 2-0, in a league test.
