With the win, Venice upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Gondoliers host Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Yankees in a Western bout on Monday, March 7. The Yankees go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Hamilton lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA)

The Spartans now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to El Camino Real for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 5. Sylmar will play a Royals squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA). The Royals record now stands at 4-6.
