The Eastside Eagles lacrosse team scored 10 points and held the visiting Catawba Ridge Copperheads to 9 in the Eagles league win on Saturday.
The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their match against St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC). The Knights go into the 4A-1A Upper match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, St. Joseph's Catholic was tipped by Evans (Evans, GA), 9-7, in a non-league match.
The Copperheads (1-2) will now prepare for their match against River Bluff (Lexington, SC). The Gators go into the non-league match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, River Bluff nudged White Knoll (Lexington, SC), 17-6, in a league match.
