Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA) followers exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Woodstock Wolverines (Woodstock, GA), 9-7 in a non-league battle.
The Grizzlies now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Sequoyah for a 6A-7A Area 6 battle on Tuesday, March 8. Creekview will clash with a Chiefs squad coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Blessed Trinity (Roswell, GA). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-6.
In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA) in a 6A-7A Area 5 battle, on Wednesday, March 9. Woodstock will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 1-6 record after their 16-3 non-league loss to South Forsyth (Cumming, GA).
