The Apple Valley Sun Devils softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Riverside Prep Silver Knights to 1 in the Sun Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Apple Valley moves its record to 7-6 on the year. The Sun Devils host Granite Hills (Apple Valley, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 8. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 3-4. Granite Hills lost 6-5 in their recent non-league game against Serrano (Phelan, CA)

In their next game, the Silver Knights clash with the Academy of Careers & Exploration Eagle (Helendale, CA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 9. Riverside Prep will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Eagle come into the game with a 2-3 record after their 10-2 non-league loss to Academy for Academic Excellence (Apple Valley, CA).
