The Watsonville Wildcatz softball team scored 25 runs and limited the visiting Greenfield Bruins to 1 in the Wildcatz non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Watsonville moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Wildcatz travel to Carmel (Carmel, CA) to play the Padres in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 16. The Padres come into the game with a record of 0-4. Carmel lost 10-3 in their recent non-league game against King City (King City, CA)

In their next game, the Bruins play the Pajaro Valley Grizzlies (Watsonville, CA) in a Santa Cruz Coast game, on Friday, March 18. Greenfield will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
