Louisiana High School Softball - Ouachita Parish bounces Holy Savior Menard

The Ouachita Parish Lions routed the visiting Holy Savior Menard Eagles softball squad by a count of 13-4 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Lions (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against West Ouachita (West Monroe, LA). The Chiefs go into the 5A District 2 battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, West Ouachita topped Tioga (Tioga, LA), 10-1, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they host North DeSoto for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 8. Holy Savior Menard will meet a Griffins squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Airline (Bossier City, LA). The Griffins record now stands at 4-2.
