The Sutter Huskies (Sutter, CA) softball routed the visiting Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 12-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Huskies (4-0) will now prepare for their bout against River Valley (Yuba City, CA). The Falcons go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record.

The Miners now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasant Valley for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 5. Nevada Union will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.
