Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC) and the visiting Freedom Patriots (Morganton, NC), saw Chase's baseball squad knock off Freedom by a count of 5-0.

Coming up next, the Trojans play the North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 8. Chase will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 10-4 non-league loss to Erwin (Asheville, NC).
