North Carolina High School Baseball - Madison loses to Enka

The Madison Patriots baseball team (Marshall, NC), was overwhelmed 12-2 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host Enka Jets (Enka, NC)

The Jets now hold a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pisgah for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 7. Enka will confront a Bears team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Hayesville (Hayesville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 2-2.

Next, the Patriots confront the Mitchell Mountaineers (Bakersville, NC) in a Western Highlands 1A/2A outing, on Tuesday, March 12. Madison will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Mountaineers go into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Freedom (Morganton, NC).
