Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT), 66-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Amity Regional upgrades its record to 10-12 on the season. The Spartans travel to Maloney (Meriden, CT) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 7. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 9-12. Maloney won 68-67 in their recent non-league bout against Stonington (Stonington, CT)
