The Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds topped the visiting New Bremen Cardinals basketball team by a final score of 65-50 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Thunderbirds face the Marion Local Flyers (Maria Stein, OH) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 8. Lima Central Catholic will attempt to move on its 23-2 season record. The Flyers enter the game with a 12-13 record after their 51-41 non-league win over St. Henry (St. Henry, OH).
With the defeat, New Bremen moves to 11-14 on the year.
