With the win, Simi Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Pioneers host Pasadena (Pasadena, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 13. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 8-3.

The Eagles now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Birmingham for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 7. Chaminade will play a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Dorsey (Los Angeles, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-0.
